Lianzi Subsea Tie-Back
CHEVRON
Four decades of upstream, midstream, and downstream design and engineering, now expanding to next-generation nuclear, data center power, and desalination. Different industries. Same physics. Same standard for getting it right.
Are you building it?
Reactor developers. Data center operators. Desalination builders. Midstream and downstream owners taking on new build. You have the vision, the site, and the funding. What you need is a design and engineering team that has already stamped hardware that did not fail, on projects where failure was not an option.
Are you scaling it?
You are carrying more scope than bench. We take piping design, stress, vessel, and structural packages off your plate and return them PE-sealed and on schedule. No ramp-up, no training, no headcount.
Are you keeping it running?
Aging assets, re-rates, fitness-for-service, integrity programs, and support systems that have to hold under thermal cycling and pressure thrust. We have done this on live plants for four decades.
You are building the future.
We design and engineer the systems it stands on.
Where our engineers have delivered
CHEVRON · EXXONMOBIL · PETROBRAS · VALERO · MARATHON · GASCO · TENGIZCHEVROIL
We support your team through front end loading, FEL-1 to FEL-3, then take ownership of detailed design and engineering, PE-sealed deliverables, and fabrication through our partner network. Once the system is running, our field services team comes back to it.
Field construction is not our scope. Field engineering is. We will tell you exactly where we stop, because knowing where a design and engineering firm ends is worth more than a vague promise that it does everything.

WE OWN
The core practice. Drawings that get built from, and the engineering behind them, both under one PE seal.
The analysis that decides whether a design survives thermal cycling, dynamic loading, and aggressive service. This is where four decades of failure analysis pays for itself.
Systems already in the ground, running, and changing. We walk them down, assess what is actually installed against what it is actually doing, and tell you what needs to happen. Field construction is not our scope. Field engineering is.
Subsea tie-backs off West Africa. NGL trains in Abu Dhabi. Refinery and petrochemical revamps across the Gulf Coast and beyond. Power plants on four continents. The infrastructure that the energy world already runs on, we designed and engineered a lot of it. That is the same bench now working on what gets built next.
44 Projects · 4 Continents · 20+ Operators
A pressure vessel is a pressure vessel whether it holds hydrocarbons, brine, or reactor coolant. The physics we have been doing for forty years is the physics these industries run on.
Upstream, midstream, and downstream. Four decades and four continents.
The piping, pressure boundary, and structural design and engineering the nuclear supply chain runs on.
Refineries, chemical plants, and heavy process facilities.
Thermal and mechanical infrastructure, and the generation being built to feed it.
Combined-cycle and cogeneration plants across four continents.
Large-bore seawater systems, high-pressure RO trains, and materials engineering for the most aggressive service there is.
Production, compression, storage, and export systems.
Capture, compression, and pipeline transport infrastructure.
Municipal and industrial water transport, treatment, and pipeline design and engineering.
A library of engineered pipe support solutions, analyzed and stamped before your project existed. Not a design cycle you have to wait through. A catalog you select from.
The engineering hours, the FEA, and the certification step come out of your schedule, not just your budget.
They can carry your brand, not ours.

Discipline Specialist
PSEA brings experienced discipline specialists together as one coordinated design and engineering team, scaled to the requirements of each project.
We are growing our bench of senior specialists and our network of fabrication partners. If you have spent your career making sure the hard things do not fail, there is a lot left to build.
Send us the scope, the timeline, or just the problem. You will be talking to an engineer, not a sales team.
