Order from the catalogue,
or commission the design.
Four standard support lines available to order against your service conditions, and a PE-sealed engineering practice for everything the catalogue does not cover. Both carry a Texas professional engineer's seal. Both can be delivered under your brand.
Order from the catalogue.
Select the line, send us the service conditions, and an engineer returns a quoted selection. Configurations, sizes, and options are handled in the request. Once the item is selected, our fabrication alliances put the right shop behind it.

PE-sealed welded pipe supports
Bare-pipe support in every arrangement
Welded supports that carry the pipe into structural steel, engineered and sealed as one assembly. Resting, sliding, guided, line stop, and anchored arrangements, with the load path resolved and detailed for fabrication.
Configure and request -
PE-sealed insulated pipe supports
Cold, hot, and dual-temperature service
Supports that carry load without carrying heat. Pre-insulated cradles for cryogenic, high-temperature, and cyclic service, in resting, guided, anchored, and hanging arrangements.
Configure and request -
Spring supports
Variable and constant effort
Supports for piping that moves vertically under thermal growth. Variable springs where load change is tolerable, constant supports where it is not.
Configure and request -
Engineered dynamic restraints
Seismic, water hammer, and vibration
Restraint against the events a line was never routed for. Sway struts, sway braces, and snubbers engineered to hold the pipe through a seismic event, a water hammer, or continuous vibration while leaving thermal movement free.

Custom engineered supports
For what the standard lines do not cover
Custom design for the support no catalogue carries. Sustained load, thermal movement, dynamic and seismic restraint, and pressure-thrust containment, analyzed and stamped for your specific application. Delivered under your brand.
The certification step comes out of your schedule, not just your budget.
Lead time is the buying trigger. Selecting an already-analyzed, already-sealed solution removes weeks of design, analysis, and certification from the critical path.
A standing asset
Engineered and sealed before your project started. Select from it rather than opening a design cycle.
One point of accountability
Selection, application review, and the seal come from the same firm that answers the phone.
Analyzed for the combined case
Dead load, thermal cycling, dynamic and seismic response, and pressure thrust, not one load at a time.
White-label ready
Delivered under your brand, for your client, where the commercial arrangement calls for it.
What happens when an expansion joint lets go.
Unrestrained, pressure thrust pulls the pipeline ends apart. Anchors distort, pipe bends, seals blow out, and the failure propagates down the rack.
Restraint is a design and engineering problem, which is why every selection is reviewed against its application.
A support resists more than weight.
Dead load, thermal movement, dynamic events, and pressure thrust act through the same support system. The standard has to be validated for the combined service, not selected against one load at a time.
The standard is visible in the steel.
Weld geometry, load path, restraint, and attachment details are resolved before fabrication, so the delivered support matches the analyzed condition.
How it works.
Send the service conditions
Loads, movements, temperatures, and layout. A support list or marked-up isometric is ideal.
Selection
We match the application to the appropriate catalogue item or existing sealed solution.
Application review
We confirm the selection against the project load case and installation details.
Fabricated and delivered
Once the selection is made we place it with a fabricator from our alliance network, delivered under your brand if required.
